Episode 34 of the anime "Monster" shows a main character, Dieter, wearing this outfit. Needless to say, it looks like what Ness wears! :D And with Dieter's orange hair, he looks like a cross between Ness and Claus. Made of Sculpy clay. Sure, he's not perfect, but I did my best. :P During the initial baking, he fell apart at the legs. I had to take him out and give him emergency surgery before baking him again. I think he turned out pretty well in the end. :]
